We have two of these water bottles and they have been remarkable! This water bottle can be purchased at Target and is very inexpensive as well. This Embark bottle travels well, is easily handled by kids, and the flip-and-sip tab flips down for packing in backpacks or lunchboxes. This bottle is better being hand-washed because of the internal straw that detaches for cleaning.
Nalgene Tritan Grip-N-Gulp Kids Sippy Cup
This 12 oz. water bottle is BPA free and is made by a company that has a wonderful reputation for their products. It is a good size for little hands, a loop to hold from the top, made of strong plastic that won't transfer the taste to the liquid, and is a reasonable price. This water bottle comes in a variety of colors too. Throw all parts on the top rack of your dishwasher to clean - love that part too!

We own this water bottle (it came as a single bottle and not the 4 pack on the link) and it is used frequently, retaining its quality. The lid is simple, with a flip-top opening, so there are no straws to keep track of with the bottle. The Rubbermaid chug has gone on many trips and outdoor excursions and is still the quality bottle that we originally purchased. It holds 20 oz.
