Dealing with Sweaty Armpits and Hyperhidrosis
Tips and advice on combating the common but highly embarrassing problem of excessive sweating and sweaty armpits
All about clothing:
Probably the most embarrassing effect sweaty armpits have are the very obvious stains and patches they leave on our clothes. If you face this problem yourself, the easiest cure is to start wearing cool but darker colored clothing. This first of all helps prevent sweat triggering by being lightweight, but if you do start to sweat, it's a lot harder to tell when wearing a dark, primary shade.
Another tip is to wear looser fitting clothing. When our clothes feel tight against our problem sweat areas they tend to not allow for adequate ventilation and retain heat. This of course promotes unwanted heavy sweating. A non restrictive item of clothing will make a huge difference in the amount you sweat as your armpits can 'breathe'.
Stay Cool:
Our sweating will really start to ramp up when our body temperature increases beyond a comfortable state. If you find yourself beginning to sweat, try to get yourself to an area lower in temperature. If you can find a restroom or anywhere with an air conditioner present, this will be a good start.
